The article discusses the data behind relating nature with health benefits. When people engage in outdoor habitats, gardens, and other forms of being in nature, are more likely to engage in physical activities and other behaviours that improve human health. This engagement with nature can even cultivate people to become more exological sensible and motivate us to protect the health of our plantet along with the health of our bodies and mind. The point of gathering all this evidence is to offer framework for nature-based health promotion in nursing and providce related recommendations for future nursing research. Nurses can then use these promotion concepts to work with citizens, health practitioners and policymakers to explore and optimize the relationships among humans and the natural environment. This will contribute to a meaningful change in both environmental and human health in communities across the globe.
